Ingredients

- 1 sheet matzohs
- 1 egg
- butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- hot water
Recipe
- 1 break matzos in a large bowl.
- 2 pour hot water over them.
- 3 after a couple of minutes, pour and squeeze out the surplus water.
- 4 add cinnamon and egg and mix well.
- 5 melt a little butter in a frying pan.
- 6 make small flat cakes of the mixture in the butter.
- 7 flip them when it starts getting crusty underneath.
- 8 cook through until well done but still soft.
- 9 serve immediately, with brown sugar sprinkled on top.
