Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
 - 1 lime, zest of
 - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
 - 1/3 cup sugar
 
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and simmer on the stove for a few minutes or until reduced and thickened slightly.
 - 2 cool to room temperature.
 - 3 serve over cake or fruit.
