Healthy Strawberry Cheesecake With Glucomannan

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 6 g glucomannan
  • 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 6 g glucomannan
  • 3 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup strawberry, sliced fresh
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam, sugar-free

Recipe

  • 1 crust: coat a 9" pie pan with cooking spray. in a large bowl, combine all of crust ingredients. stir mixture until it’s same consistency throughout. press mixture into pie pan, easing up the sides.
  • 2 filling: in a blender, combine all filling ingredients. blend on high until smooth and creamy. pour into crust. refrigerate for 1 hours.
  • 3 topping: in small bowl, mix strawberries and jam. spread over chilled pie.
