- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Recipe
- 1 beat milk and eggs until smooth. whisk together flour, sugar and salt. pour wet ingredients over dry and stir just until combined.
- 2 heat a skillet over medium-high heat. melt butter. pour in batter. let cook, undisturbed, until the bottom is beginning to brown, about 4 minutes. using a spatula, flip the batter in sections, scrambling it. allow to cook again until it begins to brown, 3-4 minutes. repeat 3-5 times, until all the batter is in scrambled curds and has browned. dust with powdered sugar and serve with fruit preserves.

- 1 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- frosting
- 1 cup margarine
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Recipe
- 1 bring to a boil: margarine, cocoa and water.
- 2 pour this over the flour, sugar, salt, 2 eggs, milk, soda and vanilla.
- 3 bake 20 min at 375* in a jelly roll pan (deep cookie sheet)
- 4 while the cake bakes prepare the frosting.
- 5 bring margarine, milk, cocoa to a boil. remove from heat add vanilla - mix well then pour over powered sugar. stir in nuts and pour over the cake as soon as it come out of the oven รข€“ while the cake is still hot.

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup gluten-free self-raising flour, sifted
- 2 tablespoons hot milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar, extra
- 3/4 cup jam
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 180°c greas a 25cm x 30cm swiss roll tin'line the base of the tin with baking paper and grease the paper.
- 2 beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until pale and thick.
- 3 lightly fold in the flour.
- 4 drizzle the milk down the inside of the bowl and lightly fold through.
- 5 pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake 10 - 12 minutes, or until golden and a metal skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- 6 place a piece of baking paper on a board that is slightly larger than the swiss roll tin being used. spread over it the extra 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- 7 turn the cake out, onto the paper. peel off the original baking paper and discard the original paper. roll up the cake with the new layer of baking paper.
- 8 cover the cake loosely with a clean tea-towel and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- 9 gentley unroll the cake, discard the baking paper, spread over the jam and roll back up again.
- 10 sift the icing sugar over the top and serve.
Kahlua Swirl Cake

- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup kahlua
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 tablespoon kahlua
- pecan halves (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 grease and flour 9 inch fluted tube pan.
- 2 prepare streusel filling by mixing all together.
- 3 preheat oven to 350 f.
- 4 resift flour with baking powder, soda, salt and mace.
- 5 in large bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- 6 beat 2 mins on medium speed (batter may appear curdled).
- 7 on lowest speed, blend in flour alternately with sour cream and kahlua.
- 8 turn 1/3 batter into prepared pan.
- 9 cover with 1/2 streusel filling, an additional 1/3 batter and remaining streusel.
- 10 top with remaining batter.
- 11 bake for 45 mins, or until golden brown.
- 12 remove from oven and let stand for 10 mins.
- 13 invert onto cake rack; cool until lukewarm.
- 14 remove pan.
- 15 combine all glaze ingredients and beat until smooth.
- 16 spoon over top of lukewarm cake.
- 17 garnish with pecan halves.
Low Fat Chocolate Orange Cake

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons very ripe dark bananas
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange, peeled and finely grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips (tiny ones)

Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350°f
- 2 spray a bundt pan,or a 8x8 pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
- 3 in a medium bowl, beat the egg for 2-3 minutes at medium speed.
- 4 add sugar gradually till the mixture is pale yellow and is thickened.
- 5 add remaining ingredients except the garnishes.
- 6 pour into the pan and bake about 30 minutes, till it is tested with a toothpick that comes out clean.
- 7 cool completely, turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with the cocoa and orange peel.

Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 mix yogurt and egg in a bowl.
- 2 add flour and baking soda to the yogurt mixture. the mixture will be thick.
- 3 spray or lightly oil a nonstick griddle or pan. heat to medium-high.
- 4 spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle and cook until starting to bubble and then flip.
- 5 cook until golden brown on both sides. serve with favorite syrup.
