Kalakhand Milk Cake Barfi

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) container whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1/2 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 blend all the ingredients with melted butter and place in a baking pan.
- 2 bake at 350 deg f.
- 3 stir the mixture frequently, more frequently as it begins to brown (to even out the browning).
- 4 when the mixture is a light golden brown, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.
- 5 cool, pat it down and cut into squares.
- 6 enjoy!
